Hello {{first_name|Motivated and Miffed Community}},
I've been sitting with a question for a few weeks now and I figured the best way to answer it was to just ask you directly.
Should I sunset Filling the Gap?
→ While you think on that — if you haven't grabbed the Ultimate Productivity Playbook yet, it's $5 and it's the most practical thing I've put out. Grab it here → (Code: MMLAUNCH)
✅ TL;DR
🤔💬 I'm asking if FTG still serves you — honestly
🔄📉 Formats can go on autopilot. This one might have.

The Move: Ask your audience before you decide, not after.
The Evidence: Reader feedback loops reduce creator churn and improve content-market fit faster than any internal audit. (Basically every newsletter operator who's done this says the same thing.)

🖊️ The Real Question

Before you close this, here's where my head is at. FTG has been the backbone of this newsletter for a while. It's a format I genuinely like. But lately I've noticed it doing something formats tend to do when they get comfortable — running on autopilot. The structure is there. The information is there. But the energy has been harder to find.
I'm not saying it's broken. I'm saying I'm not sure it's the right container anymore for where M&M is going.
So I'm asking. When a new issue lands in your inbox, what are you actually hoping to read? Is it the roundup-style stuff FTG does? Or do you want something more focused, more personal, less curated?
I'm not going to disappear either way. I just want to make sure what I'm spending time building is actually worth your time reading.
Hit reply and tell me honestly. I mean that.
👋 That’s All
The formats that serve you change. The goal doesn't. Still trying to make something worth opening.
Stay MOTIVATED,
